Willow ABA Services is currently seeking a qualified Operations Manager to help guide the clinic and administratively impact the lives of our families with children on the Autism spectrum.

Responsibilities
- Scheduling Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clients daily.
- Managing a dynamic schedule that changes based on staff availability, caseload, and client needs.
- Providing administrative support to families during intake and onboarding, including information provision, document collection, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintaining staffing needs, projecting for new hires, and overseeing employee time-off requests.
- Managing staffing projections, recruiting, training new employees, and approving timesheets in coordination with the CFO to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Ensuring staff timesheets are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Managing time-off requests and auditing daily billable appointments in collaboration with the Billing Director.
- Mastering the use of data collection software (Central Reach) is essential for success.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable laws.
- Understanding insurance policies and maintaining clinic organization and cleanliness.
- Ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and managing mail and financial documents.
- Completing forecasting spreadsheets and supporting administrative efficiency and morale.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Cross-Training in RBT Role
- Implementing direct therapy using ABA skills.
- Collecting and recording data, graphing progress.
- Receiving supervision from a BCBA.
- Participating in staff training and demonstrating client programming to parents.
- Maintaining a sanitized and clean workplace.
Qualifications
- Educational requirements: High School Diploma (required), Associate or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Experience in office management, ABA, and familiarity with Central Reach.
- Physical ability to run, squat, and lift as needed.
- Skills: leadership, organization, communication, problem-solving, and passion for helping families.

Compensation and Schedule
Pay rate: $19-$25 per hour. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, 6:30 am - 3:30 pm.
Additional pay: Bonuses and raises.
