Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Operations Manager (Full-time) to lead on-site operations and customer relations across our vending network. You will train staff, oversee projects, and ensure safe vehicle operations while meeting financial and service goals.

The role requires strong leadership, experience managing teams, and the ability to visit accounts, upgrade equipment, and coordinate installations. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
• Experience with vending operations or retail service is preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs and financial targets.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing team members.
• Lead and support projects assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles for travel to accounts.
• Maintain positive customer relations by visiting accounts.
• Identify equipment needs and schedule installations of vending machines.
• Support branch programs and goals.
• Monitor inventory, direct labor costs, waste, and consumption.
• Address customer inquiries or complaints within 24 hours.
• Perform other duties as required.
