AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Operations Manager to lead daily operations in a full-time role. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with weekends as needed, and involves managing accounts, staff development, and vehicle operations.

Formación

• Prior management experience in vending or food service preferred.

• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to immediately fill the role of Operations Manager, Full-time. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday and weekends as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the training and development of team members
• Lead and assist on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
• Operate and maintain company-owned vehicle in a safe manner; to be used for the purpose of traveling to accounts
• Maintain positive customer relations by visiting accounts
• Recognize needs for equipment upgrades and schedule installations of new vending machines
• Support company programs and branch goals
• Monitor inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels and consumption
• Address customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Previous vending experience is preferred
• Ability to manage financials and achieve goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving history
