Job summary

RENOVA ONE is seeking an Operations Manager, Installation to lead flooring installation activities in Jacksonville, FL. You will recruit and supervise installer crews, ensure quality and safety standards, and oversee warehouse inventory to support daily commercial and multifamily projects.

The role requires 5+ years of flooring installation experience, bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, and strong leadership and coordination capabilities to keep projects staffed, supplied, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of flooring installation experience with leadership of installer crews.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage installer crews.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage warehouse inventory, purchase orders and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Recruit carpet, vinyl plank, and flooring installers for commercial and multifamily properties.
• Perform daily quality checks on flooring installs and materials.
• Manage installer paperwork, W.C. and liability insurance compliance.
• Train and coach installers on new techniques.
• Oversee Jacksonville warehouse inventory to meet installation demand.
• Procure sundry supplies and generate PO numbers as needed.
• Liaise between Renova One and subcontractor partners.
• Collaborate with office to manage material orders and inventory.
