• Leadership: Supervise Area Managers, Site Managers, Support Techs, and the Staffing Coordinator; lead daily manager meetings.
• Service Delivery: Guarantee uninterrupted service across all customer locations and coordinate coverage for shifts.
• Financial Management: Monitor labor budgets, overtime, and labor reporting.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct daily building inspections and handle customer follow-ups.
• Branch Logistics: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, HR documentation, inventory, and deliveries.
