Superior Fence & Rail is seeking a systems-driven Operations Manager to own and lead installation operations from warehouse to final install. You will lead Installation Crews and the Warehouse Team, drive operational efficiency, and ensure customers receive a smooth, professional experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in construction, home services, trades, or related field.
• Experience managing field crews and/or warehouse operations.
• Strong scheduling and logistics coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
• EOS experience is a plus.

This is a high-accountability leadership role responsible for ensuring every job is prepared, staged, scheduled, and executed with excellence. You will lead Installation Crews and the Warehouse Team, drive operational efficiency, and ensure customers receive a smooth, professional experience.

• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing subcontractors and in-house installation crews
