We are seeking an active, forward-thinking General Manager to lead our day-to-day fencing operations. In this role, you will hold total operational accountability-from reviewing estimator quotes to visiting job sites, connecting with customers, and keeping our crews moving efficiently.
We don't expect you to sit behind a desk all day. We want a hands-on leader who is genuinely curious about how we can build better, work smarter, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you are driven by operational excellence, team development, and bottom-line profitability, this position offers significant room for personal and professional career growth.

- Profitability Control: Monitor project costs, track labor efficiencies, and analyze margins to keep every fence project profitable.
- Vendor & Supply Relations: Partner with suppliers to negotiate material costs (wood, chain link, vinyl, aluminum, iron) and manage inventory levels efficiently.
Leadership & Strategic Growth
- Lead by Example: Serve as a coach and mentor to both office staff and field personnel, driving continuous training and skills development.
- Stay Curious: Actively look for operational bottlenecks, learn new installation methodologies, explore market expansion opportunities, and modern software tools to optimize our workflows.
