Job summary

DSG is seeking a Warehouse Senior Associate in Fargo, ND, to manage all aspects of warehouse operations from order pulling to packing and shipping. This is a full-time hourly role with typical hours 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, and occasional variations based on business needs.

The position includes backup delivery driving responsibilities and requires experience with forklift operations, RF gun use, and inventory controls. DSG offers ESOP and a strong emphasis on safety, training, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations including order pulling, packing and shipping/receiving.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts is a plus.
• Delivery driving duties as backup may be required.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls material from location to fill each order.
• Pack, label, and place filled orders for delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift, picker, turret) with training provided.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Backup delivery driving when needed; inspect trucks prior to delivery.
