DSG is looking for an Industrial/Oil & Gas Inside Sales Associate in Dickinson, ND. You will write orders, answer product inquiries, provide quotations, and deliver top-notch customer service from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years field experience in Industrial/Oil & Gas products or two or more years of college/technical school.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills across settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary facilitator for customer orders.
• Assist customers with product inquiries.
• Write and assist with orders accurately and timely.
• Generate quotations and follow up on quotes requested.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
• Collaborate with sales team to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Restock the counter area by product brand and location.
• Monitor inventory and discard damaged items.
• Maintain a clean counter display area.
• Encourage cross-selling of additional products.
• Pursue ongoing product education through manufacturer programs and trainings.
