Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Supervisor of Security and Emergency Services to lead the security team and ensure safety across our gated retirement community in New Jersey.

The role focuses on program compliance, quality improvement, investigations, training, and administrative support, with EMT/EMR certification highly preferred. This full-time position offers Pitman schedules and competitive benefits.

Formación

• 1+ year of leadership in an Emergency Responder Supervisory role.
• 1+ year experience in an Emergency Responder role.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Emergency Medical Responder Certification.
• All required licenses and certifications must be maintained as a condition of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the Security of the Community through gatehouse, patrols, access control, visitor/contractor registration, key management, and other programs.
• Monitors safety programs including department inspections, workplace incident responses, hazard communications, mask fit testing, and related tasks.
• Partners with SES Manager to update Emergency Preparedness Plans.
• Ensure completion of Incident Reports, daily shift reports, and responses to calls for service.
• Assists in hiring, training, coaching, and counseling of employees.
• Establishes schedules, reviews and approves timesheets, and completes performance evaluations.
• Provides daily leadership, supervision, motivation, and communication to direct and indirect reports.

We are hiring a Supervisor of Security and Emergency Services for our gated retirement community. The SES Supervisor is responsible for providing assistance in the areas of program/procedural compliance, quality assurance/quality improvement, investigations, training, and administrative support. The Security and Emergency Services Supervisor delivers exceptional customer service and hospitality and fosters an environment of safety and security.

EMT or EMR Certification highly preferred

Available full-time Pitman schedules:

7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am

How you will make an impact:

What you will need:

• 1+ year of demonstrated leadership in a Emergency Responder Supervisory role is required.
• 1+ years experience working in an Emergency Responder role
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Emergency Medical Responder Certification

Compensation: $27.50-$30.00/hour
