A fast-growing Ecommerce / DTC company in the Beauty & Personal Care sector is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and long-term scaling of its portfolio brands. This freelance role involves overseeing marketing teams, managing cross-functional operations, leading projects, and building scalable systems and processes.

This is a mid-level freelance position with flexible, retainer-based compensation. Specific deliverables and expectations will be aligned directly during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations across multiple brands within the portfolio.

• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop, refine, and implement operational systems and SOPs.

• Act as project manager across departments, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.

• Analyze key operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support brand growth with effective planning, team management, and communication.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in operations management within Ecommerce / DTC environments.

• Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication capabilities.

• Ability to work in or near Central European Time (CET).

Qualifications

• Background in the Beauty & Personal Care industry.

• Familiarity with digital marketing workflows and KPIs.

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in a freelance or contractor capacity.
