The role requires experience as Head of Operations or equivalent in manufacturing or distribution, with strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Head of Operations or similar role in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• Proven leadership, detail-oriented, and effective communicator.
• Willing to learn plant equipment operation and train staff.

Aufgaben

• Hire, train, counsel and manage staff to meet plant needs.
• Manage plant P&L within budget and drive profitability.
• Ensure production output, quality and on-time shipping.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations for optimal results.
• Maintain maintenance coordination and equipment uptime.
• Adhere to OSHA/DEQ safety rules and develop safe procedures.
• Lead safety training and incident investigations.
• Maintain compliance with supplier, HR and DOT requirements.
