Job summary

Lineage Logistics Services is seeking an Operations Manager in the United States, Texas, McAllen. This role leads warehouse activities, drives performance improvements, and supports financial goals while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in warehouse operations, experience with WMS, and strong people leadership. Expect regular collaboration with Sales, Inventory Control, and HR to ensure exemplary customer service and efficient daily

Qualifications

• 5 years warehouse operations or direct warehouse management experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Demonstrated management skills with emphasis on guiding and developing a team.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports.
• Improve procedures for shipments, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory control, and operations support.
• Plan long-range labor needs based on forecasts.
• Support KPIs related to cost, productivity, customer service and profits.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance and promote safety culture.
• Analyze operating reports and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales and Continuous Improvement.
