Job summary

Broad River Retail seeks a Memory Maker to lead distribu­tion centers, oversee inbound/outbound, inventory, and order fulfillment. You will supervise a small team, train and mentor staff, and ensure KPI targets are met with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This is a contract-to-hire role in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 depending on experience and skills; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance after conversion, PTO and

• Experience leading distribution/warehouse teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks
• Experience reporting KPI and collaborating across departments
• Ability to schedule and manage shifts effectively
• Flexible to work all shifts and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Maintain scheduling of tasks to meet business needs.
• Manage a small team with training, direction, accountability, and encouragement.
• Reporting of KPI’s both internally and externally.
• Monitor safety through behavioral awareness and best practice procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
