Broad River Retail seeks a Manager of Operations to lead the 88,000-square-foot distribution center and a team of about 38 Memory Makers, ensuring accurate receiving, storage and shipping, inventory integrity, and on-time order fulfillment.

You will coach a small team, monitor KPI performance, emphasize safety, and collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

This position is responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the company’s 88,000-square-foot distribution center, with a fully staffed headcount of approximately 38 team members.Key responsibilities include overseeing the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Manager, Operations provides leadership and operational oversight to support a safe, efficient, and high-performing distribution center.DAY IN THE LIFE AS THIS MEMORY MAKER:Maintain scheduling of tasks to meet business needs.
