Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery coordination at our Winchester location. This role drives efficiency, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance across the warehouse and yard.

You will lead a team, manage cross-department collaboration, and ensure excellent service to customers while monitoring performance metrics and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years related work experience preferred.
• Construction/building materials knowledge preferred.
• Distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administration to improve efficiency and service.
• Manage inventory levels in yard and damaged stock; oversee cycle counts.
• Understand P&L, margins, and volume-buy/sell dynamics.
• Ensure OSHA and GMS compliance for warehouse, equipment, and jobsite activities.
• Lead safety reviews with the Safety Manager and drive continuous process improvements.
