You will own 24x7 SRE operations, design CI/CD pipelines, and drive AI-powered automation across the software delivery lifecycle while communicating risks to leadership.

With 7-10 years of related experience and Jira SD/SW expertise, you will oversee technical ownership of medium-to-high complexity initiatives and mentor cross-functional teams

• Lead end-to-end project and release management for complex, cross-functional initiatives, partnering with business and technical teams to define strategy, scope, and delivery timelines.
• Serve as the accountable technical owner for medium-to-high complexity initiatives, driving solution design, decomposition, and alignment across domain teams.
• Own 24×7 SRE operations and production stability: establish SLOs/SLIs, lead incident response and post-mortems, and mentor a cross-functional reliability engineering team.
• Design and optimize end-to-end CI/CD release pipelines with clear deployment standards (blue-green, canary, rolling), runbooks, and rollback procedures.
• Drive AI-powered automation across the software delivery lifecycle: predictive monitoring, automated triage, intelligent release orchestration, and toil reduction.
• Implement and maintain enterprise-grade observability (metrics, logs, traces) and alerting strategies to maximize signal and minimize noise.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical solutions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to business and organizational leadership.
• Leverage working knowledge of Jira SD/SW and modern DevOps/SRE tooling; release management experience is a strong plus.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in [Overland Park, KS] is $95,000 to $108,000 and reflects base salary only. • Serves as technical owner (accountable IT representative) and is responsible for technical stewardship of med to highly complex initiatives.
• Supports the delivery of technology solutions within business processes by providing leadership in analysis, design, and project and product management.
• Supports issue triage on escalation resolution for technical solution issues. Owns solution decomposition and negotiation of support feasibility for cross-domain initiatives and solutions.
