Peak Logistics is hiring an Operations Manager at our Maple Valley, WA facility. This role requires a hands-on approach including deliveries alongside Delivery Associates, with training paid.

Expect a back-half schedule Tue-Sat, 5 days of 8–10 hours. Compensation includes $57,500 per year plus bonus, plus health/dental/vision and 401(k) options. This position emphasizes safety and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be at least 21 with a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to maneuver packages up to 50 lbs and get in/out of a van.
• Must operate and navigate a delivery van.
• Consent to a 4-panel drug test and DMV record check.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage weekly driver schedules.
• Hire and onboard delivery drivers.
• Maintain databases and track driver performance.
• Create and manage operation budgets.
• Coach drivers and dispatch staff on performance metrics.
• Lead safety and delivery metrics.
