Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking an Operations Manager, Mission Solutions- Strategy & Operations in Huntsville, AL. This hybrid role partners with the SVP to translate vision into actionable plans across services, solutions, and products in the defense sector.

You will refine multi-year strategic plans, support business development, monitor DoD policy shifts, and drive cross‑functional process improvements to boost growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field with 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or consulting, with exposure to supply chain and industrial operations in defense.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SVP to refine and execute multi-year strategic plan, including market intelligence, growth roadmaps, capture strategies, and portfolio expansion (services, solutions, and products).
• Support business development with customer briefings, white papers, win themes, and strategic partnerships evaluations with primes, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
• Monitor DoD policy/budget shifts, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities; provide timely analysis and recommendations.
• Lead special strategic projects such as new market entry, product/solution innovations, or diversification efforts.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying risks, recovery plans, resource optimization, and cross-functional integration.
