Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead salaried and hourly teams to improve safety, quality, productivity.
• Drive productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
• Mentor and motivate workforce to achieve performance goals.
