Job summary

BB-Builders Pro, a fast-growing, family-owned residential remodeling and construction company, is seeking a senior operations leader to build the structure and systems for the next growth phase. You’ll own people, production, subcontractors, profitability, and operational systems—working closely with ownership to scale the business.

• 7+ years in residential remodeling, construction, or construction operations.
• Experience leading teams, subcontractors, and multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of job costing, scheduling, and gross margins.
• Proven ability to improve processes and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Someone who thinks like an owner, not just a project manager.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

BB-Builders Pro is a fast-growing, family-owned residential remodeling and construction company. We’ve grown into an 8-figure business, and we’re looking for a senior operations leader who can help us build the structure and systems for our next stage of growth.

This is more than a project management role. You’ll have ownership over people, production, subcontractors, profitability, and operational systems — working closely with ownership to scale the business.

What You’ll Own

• Operations: Lead day-to-day production across multiple residential remodeling projects.


• People: Lead, coach, and hold Project Coordinators and field teams accountable.


• Subcontractors: Build and manage a reliable subcontractor and vendor network.


• Production: Own scheduling, resources, quality, and project execution.


• Profitability: Monitor job costs, margins, scope gaps, overruns, and rework.

What We’re Looking For
