Lutheran Community Services NW invites applications for an Operations Manager to coordinate all district office operations, manage contracts and reporting, and support program quality improvement. This role ensures efficiency, collaboration, and compliance across sites in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operations management, a BA in Business or related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in operations management or community-based programming.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Social Work or related field; substantial relevant experience will be considered in place of degree.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate district office operations and manage contract outcomes and reporting.
• Oversee quality assurance and improvement initiatives across programs.
• Participate with district leadership on projects and initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date program contract and financial information; support grant applications and reporting.
• Lead committees and support program leaders regarding operations, goals, policies and procedures.
