Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a results-driven Sales Operations professional to join our regional operations team. You will own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and reporting while coordinating across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Azerbaijan to keep data accurate and actionable.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to streamline processes, manage expenses and documentation, and support proposals and approvals, ensuring scalable, high-quality operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Experience supporting commercial teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
