Job summary

SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, client relationships, and profitability in the local market. You will lead field teams and coordinate with sales and internal groups to deliver high-quality restoration and maintenance services.

The role requires 3+ years in operations leadership, strong problem solving, and the ability to manage budgets and KPIs. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of operations leadership in restoration or related services.
• Strong leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing profitability, labor, and metrics; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, scheduling, labor planning, and equipment allocation.
• Oversee restoration projects and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Own branch profitability and monitor gross profit, labor costs, and margins.
• Maintain client relationships and collaborate with sales and accounts teams.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting alongside accounting.
