Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead and oversee Field Service Technicians, service delivery, and implementation of field-related best practices and safety standards. The role ensures quality control, technician training, scheduling, and compliance with safety and operational policies while maintaining high standards of customer service and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in process instrumentation, PLCs, process controls, and communication systems,

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Field Service or Electrical work.
At least 3 years of experience in the municipal water & wastewater industry.
Extensive knowledge of process instrumentation, PLCs, relay logic, and process controls.
Experience with Radio & Cellular communication systems for industrial automation.

Responsibilities

Oversee Field Service operations, ensuring safety policies, training, and certifications are followed.
Manage hiring, staffing, and resource planning for the team.
Prepare annual CapEx and workforce budgeting for the region.
Provide monthly performance metrics and track service utilization and efficiency.
