Convergint is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join our culture of growth and excellence. You will lead branch operations, drive performance and ensure service delivery that aligns with our values.

You will oversee planning, proposal reviews, and coordination with teams, while coaching staff to strengthen capabilities and deliver results.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction on installed accounts, cost control, contract execution, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and operations leadership.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring and team-building skills.
• Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of branch operation activities including operations planning, qualifying potential business, operational review of proposals and bookings.
• Coach, counsel and train the Operations force to improve individual skills.
• Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction on all installed accounts.
• Overall responsibility for execution of contracts – estimated cost vs actual cost; review of contracts; supervision of labor and subcontractors; planning and scheduling contracts, preparation of invoices, and collections.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years operations within the electronic, fire alarm & life safety, or building automation.

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, or building automation
