Convergint is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to lead branch operations, drive customer service excellence, and manage contracts and teams. The role emphasizes financial oversight, scheduling, and contract execution in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in operations or project management, with strong skills in Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and a commitment to Convergint’s values and growth.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years of operations, service, or project management experience.
• Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare is preferred.

• Ensure execution against cost estimates and revenue targets (>$15 million).

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

• Supports and drives operational excellence in the company’s core strategies.
• Manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of branch operation activities including, but not limited to, the following: operations planning, qualifying potential business, operational review of proposals and bookings.
• Overall responsibility for execution of contracts – estimated cost vs. actual cost; review of contracts; supervision of labor and subcontractors; planning and scheduling contracts, preparation of invoices, and collections.
• Revenue Managed: Greater than $15 Million. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent management skills related to Project Management.
• Customer Focus – Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the customer.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 8-10 years operations, service, or field or project management

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare

Salary Range: $120,000-160,000/annual
