Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Manager for a premier client in the Atlanta, GA area. This role will stand up a 1 million square foot warehouse, oversee inventory and P&L, and lead 100+ staff in a 3PL environment. Daily updates to the Director of Operations will be required, with hands-on work on the floor.

The ideal candidate will have extensive inventory management experience and be comfortable interfacing with customers to ensure KPI achievement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an Operations Management role.
• Extensive experience with Inventory Management.
• In previous roles have experience with P&L.
• Experience supporting 3PL warehouses & management of inventory.
• Comfortable meeting with the customers client daily.

Responsibilities

• Standing up a new 1 million square foot warehouse.
• Meet with Director of Operations to provide updates and on-floor leadership.
• Lead 100+ employees and manage on-floor operations and KPI tracking.

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Manager for one of their premier clients in the Atlanta, GA area. This Operations manager will be helping standing up a new 1 million square foot warehouse for one of the customers largest clients. This ideal person will have previous experience supporting 3 PL clients. He/she will need to have experience with P&L and also keeping track of inventory. This role will require to meet with Director of Operations day to provide warehouse updates but also require the employee to work on the floor. The ideal employee will have experience running a warehouse with 100+ employees.
