Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Inventory Controls Manager for the Atlanta, GA area. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy in a warehouse, leading weekly counts, spot audits, and quality audit schedules while coordinating with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate product, equipment, and labor to meet demand.

You will analyze daily inventory and audit reports, identify trends and discrepancies, conduct hands-on audits across receiving, storage, packing, and shipping, and document findings

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience conducting spot audits across receiving, unloading, storage, packing, and shipping operations.
• Identifying trends, discrepancies, and root causes; partnering with leadership to implement corrective actions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for tracking, documenting, and reporting audit and inventory results.
• Strong cross-functional communication with supervisors and operations teams.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain audit schedules.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on inventory accuracy, quality control, and operational efficiency.

Insight Global is seeking an Inventory Controls Manager for one of their top clients in the Atlanta, GA area. This employee will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory operations within a warehouse environment by establishing and executing weekly inventory counts, spot audits, and quality audit schedules. This role works closely with Warehouse Supervisors on a daily basis to communicate schedules and ensure the proper allocation of product, equipment, and labor resources needed to meet operational demands. The specialist will analyze and distributes daily reports on inventory and audit results, identifying trends, discrepancies, and areas requiring corrective action. They will conduct hands-on audits across key warehouse functions including receiving, unloading, storage, packing, and shipping. While also documenting findings in Excel and partnering with leadership to drive process improvements. Additionally, this role requires strong communication skills to effectively respond to emails and collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring timely resolution of inventory issues and continuous improvement of warehouse operations.
