Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Operations for a premier client in the Atlanta area to stand up a 1 million square foot warehouse and run day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a Director of Operations role, 10+ years in operations, and strong inventory and 3PL experience, with responsibilities including P&L oversight and daily floor leadership for a team over 100 people.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Director of Operations.
• 10+ years in an Operations Management role.
• Extensive inventory management experience.
• P&L experience required.
• Experience supporting 3PL warehouses.
• Able to meet with client daily.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and stand up a 1M sq ft warehouse and lead on-floor operations.
• Oversee inventory levels, cycle counts, and accuracy across the facility.
• Manage P&L responsibilities and financial performance metrics.
• Coordinate with customers and client representatives daily to ensure service levels.
• Supervise 100+ employees and mentor operations staff on the floor.

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Operations for one of their premier clients in the Atlanta, GA area.. This Director of Operations will be standing up a new 1 million square foot warehouse for one of the customers largest clients. This ideal person will has experience standing up a warehouse and have previous experience supporting 3 PL clients. He/she will need to have experience with P&L and also keeping track of inventory. This role will require to meet with the customers clients but also require the employee to work on the floor. The ideal employee will have experience running a warehouse with 100+ employees.
