Job summary

Amazon Transportation Services is seeking an Operations Manager to lead multiple programs across teams, delivering complex projects and scalable solutions. You will coordinate with external providers, customers, and partner groups, while driving KPI-based visibility and informed decision-making.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to communicate status and risks to senior management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
