Amazon’s Transportation Engineering Systems (TESS) team in Bellevue is seeking a Program Manager I to coordinate system configuration changes and drive scalable transportation flows. You will partner with business leaders to design end-to-end network changes and improve performance across the fulfillment network.

The role emphasizes building automation, analytics, and AI-powered reporting, with cross-functional collaboration and emphasis on proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
• Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Track program milestones and communicate status to business leaders and stakeholders.

As a Program Manager on the Transportation Engineering Systems (TESS) team, you will learn how Amazon's proprietary transportation systems make decisions to move packages from the fulfillment network to customers. You will manage system configuration changes that control those systems, working directly with business leaders and program teams to create new transportation flows and design configurations that execute at scale. In this role, you will execute network design changes, dive deep into package flows, troubleshoot system errors, identify process improvements, and build automation, analytics, and reporting capabilities leveraging AI.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
