Job summary

Pindrop is recruiting an AI Enablement Product Manager to turn AI capabilities into practical internal workflows across Finance, RevOps, People, Recruiting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal. You will map processes, configure agentic solutions, and prove ROI as part of a centralized AI Operations function.

You’ll work with an existing AI practitioner, extend the AI platform, and drive adoption through enablement programs, workshops, and structured evals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to document a current-state workflow end to end with tools and context.
• 3+ years in product management, product operations, AI enablement, or related tech roles with PM ownership.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI CLIs and coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, Anti-Gravity, SuperGrok).
• Proven ability to ship agentic systems that solve discrete, measurable problems.
• Fluency in context engineering and ontology design; ability to define evals and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Map processes with stakeholders, document workflows end-to-end, identify AI leverage points.
• Build and manage a portfolio of internal AI tools and prompt-based copilots.
• Audit existing AI capabilities in tools (Greenhouse, ERP) before creating new solutions.
• Extend shared AI platform and agent infrastructure to new use cases.
• Design operating processes from prototype to production with eval loops and monitoring.
• Consolidate learnings across functions and enable reuse with tooling and docs.
• Make the ROI case; define success metrics and track adoption.
