Ensure that standard procedures are followed and that vendors meet or exceed their contractual obligations. Monitor and coordinate vendor performance reviews, audits, and assessments to ensure KPIs (key performance indicators) are maintained. Analyze vendor performance data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement. Monitor and support the vendor selection process, including the development of RFPs (requests for proposals), bid evaluation, and contract negotiation. Address and resolve any vendor-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of directly related experience required, in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations. Experienced in contract negotiation, outsourcing strategies, onboarding, and vendor performance management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate internally and externally across all organizational levels. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
