Anord Mardix, located in Austin, TX, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead both front-end and back-end manufacturing activities on the second shift. You will be responsible for driving production, quality, and delivery goals while coaching a team of supervisors to achieve KPI targets.

The role emphasizes process improvements, cross-functional collaboration with engineering and quality teams, and adherence to ISO and safety standards. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading supervisors and hourly manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, workforce planning, and production management.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to analyze operational data and make informed business decisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and standard business systems; SMT manufacturing experience is a plus.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Manager located in Austin, TX.

Shift Hours : 3:00 pm – 11:15 pm (M- F)

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead front-end and back-end manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
• Coach, develop, and support a team of supervisors and production personnel.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations leadership experience.
• Previous experience leading supervisors and hourly manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, workforce planning, and production management.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to analyze operational data and make informed business decisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
