Job summary

Sunrise Telecom Inc. in Wisconsin Dells is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise day-to-day operations across two or more projects or crews. This role ensures safety, quality, and timely delivery, and reports to the Director of Operations/Owner.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of field experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This exempt position offers growth opportunities and requires self-direction and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to complete assignments with no supervision.
• Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed.
• Conscientious professional with pleasant phone manner and excellent organizational skills.
• 5-10 years previous experience in the field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of business from supplies to staff and production.
• Confirm quality of work being done and quantity done at the end of each day.
• Responsible for maintaining acceptable performance standards and metrics of crews.
• Maintain contract and/or performance schedule.
• Oversee day-to-day performance of staff.
• Responsible for all administrative functions necessary to document work including ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensures safety practices and HR policies are followed at all times.
• Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.
