Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Sales, Shipping & Logistics, HR, and Home Depot & Lowe's accounts.
• Manage and support department managers to achieve goals and standards.
• Monitor sales performance, departmental efficiency, and overall operations.
• Prepare and present weekly operational and sales reports to upper management.
• Oversee order processing and fulfillment for Home Depot and Lowe's customers.
• Support HR initiatives including performance management, staffing, and training.
• Identify challenges and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Develop internal procedures, workflows, and cross-department communication.
• Promote accountability, productivity, and timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with ownership on growth and strategic initiatives.

• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, including Sales, Shipping & Logistics, Human Resources, and Home Depot & Lowe's accounts
• Manage and support department managers to ensure operational goals, productivity targets, and company standards are achieved
• Monitor sales performance, departmental efficiency, and overall business operations
• Prepare and present weekly operational and sales performance reports to upper management
• Oversee order processing and fulfillment activities for Home Depot and Lowe's customers
• Support HR initiatives, including employee performance management, staffing, training, and policy compliance
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve performance
• Develop and enhance internal procedures, workflows, and cross-department communication
• Promote accountability, productivity, and timely completion of departmental responsibilities
• Work directly with company ownership to support business growth, operational improvements, and long-term strategic initiatives
