Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients—resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, and communicate proactively on ways to improve operations.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of promise‑driven employees; determine proper staffing levels to meet duties and deliver superior customer service.
• Ensure compliance with parking, security, and cash control procedures.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash controls, expense reviews, and budget management for the operation.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance to meet cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and review all damage claims; recommend and implement plans to improve safety and prevent recurrence.
• Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA laws.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse group of team members.
• Passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience and client satisfaction by finding unique solutions.
• Prior experience developing budgets and reviewing P&L is a plus.
• Ability to react and problem‑solve quickly.
• Proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn internal systems.
