Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day construction operations for parking garage restoration projects across the Washington, DC–Baltimore area. You will manage schedules, crews, budgets, and resources, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires on-site leadership, coordination with field supervisors, clients, subcontractors, and senior leadership, with travel between project locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Experience managing multiple construction or restoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Experience in concrete restoration, waterproofing, or structural repair is highly preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and travel between project locations as needed.
