Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an Operations Manager-Construction to oversee field operations across Washington DC–Baltimore Area. You will coordinate multiple construction or restoration projects, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and partner with clients and field teams.

You bring leadership, strong planning, safety focus, and proficiency with Office and PM tools; travel to project sites, maintain compliance, and promote accountability.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating multiple construction or restoration projects and managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Knowledge of construction practices, particularly concrete restoration, waterproofing, and structural repair methods, or willingness to learn these specialties.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills to manage day-to-day field operations and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership.
• Proficiency with basic office and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and document management systems).
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including guiding field teams, promoting safety, and supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on-site, visit project locations regularly in the Washington DC–Baltimore Area, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction environments; OSHA training or similar certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between project sites as needed.
