Job Title: Channel Operations Program Specialist

Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possibility of extension

Location: REMOTE/US East Coast

MUST:

Individuals with strong operational, analytical, and processing backgrounds.

Role:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team and support our Global Channel Programs business team, which focuses on Market Development Funds (MDF). You will work closely with the channel programs team, marketing team, and partners to execute quarterly MDF program activities throughout their lifecycle. You will handle day-to-day requests related to channel investments and manage back-office processes to ensure project compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and assist Partners with accurate and timely investment project submissions, confirming appropriate documentation and adherence to company guidelines and compliance.
  • Support project execution and ensure alignment with the Juniper Partner Account Manager (PAM), Field Marketing Manager (FMM), or other internal stakeholders to provide the best experience for our partners.
  • Manage day-to-day program-related issues, including submitting help desk tickets, addressing escalations, adding new users to MDF systems, and other actions to improve partner experience with Juniper’s MDF Program.
  • Provide training to channel partners on MDF program guidelines, policies, and best practices.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of partner program requirements; execute approved programs, support audit inquiries, and ensure compliance.
  • Support US working time zones (PST - EST) with flexibility for early morning/late evening meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in channel, operations, or sales.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Team player with proven results in cross-functional, distributed teams globally.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
