Our comprehensive support includes order fulfillment, demand and inventory planning, ERP/IMS implementation, co-manufacturer partnerships, and quality control. We ensure that operations empower businesses rather than hold them back.

Role Description

We are looking for a part time remote role for an Operations Manager to join our team and support the many brands we partner with to manage their operations. You will be responsible for supporting brands with their DTC, Retail and Amazon business channels - managing processes like demand and inventory planning, order fulfillment, and month-end close. The initial scope of time is 5-10 hours a week position, with the ability to increase over time as we grow the business together.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily client operations across supply chain, retail fulfillment, logistics and transportation, inventory management, and end-to-end planning.
• Provide weekly reports to clients regarding their operations. Including inventory, sales, waste, etc.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with brand teams, vendors, customers, and key brand partners across logistics and supply chain.
• Build and maintain SOPs for all client supply chain related operations.
• Own month close processes for clients, including inventory reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in a relevant CPG brand.
• Experience with demand and inventory planning. i.e. you've built inventory plans a number of times.
• Clear understanding of CPG retail operations. You know the flow of orders from retailer to a brand.
• Proficiency in ERP/IMS implementation and financial month-end close processes.
• Strong relationship management skills with co-manufacturers and 3PL providers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. The expectation is you own your work and we build together.
• Positive attitude and you enjoy building something.
