Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production team leads, tooling and maintenance staff, and warehouse personnel.

• Implement and enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including sales, engineering, and finance to meet customer delivery expectations.

People Architects is pleased to partner with our direct client, a family-owned, full-service custom injection molder and contract manufacturer based in Northeast Ohio.

We are seeking an Interim Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leadership within plastic injection molding, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and requirements. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of production, logistics, maintenance, and inventory to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. This role requires a knowledgeable and flexible leader who can manage people and processes, problem solve and ensure safety and quality standards are met

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and logistics.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations.

• Support, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing operations team.
