The role requires a proven leader with experience in lean manufacturing, safety and quality standards, and the ability to drive KPI improvements while collaborating with sales, engineering, and finance to meet delivery goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations or production management experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and logistics.
• Supervise and support production team leads, tooling and maintenance staff, and warehouse personnel.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including sales, engineering, and finance to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Support, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing operations team.
