Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a plastic injection molding facility. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while providing strategic and hands-on leadership across production, maintenance, quality, and materials to support customer requirements.

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in plastic injection molding environment.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling materials (resins), and automation.
• Proven leadership of high-volume, multi-shift operations.
