Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Support: support the sales strategy, monitor performance, coordinate activities with the global sales team.
• Office & Operations: coordinate orders and logistics, manage inventory and monthly stock reports, maintain daily operations.
• Finance & Accounting: handle day-to-day accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, payments, and assist cost control.
• HR & Team Support: process payroll, time tracking, benefits administration, assist recruitment and onboarding.

Your Tasks

• Sales & Business Support: You support the implementation of our sales strategy, monitor performance, coordinate sales activities, and collaborate closely with our global sales team.
• Office & Operations: You coordinate orders and logistics, keep track of inventory and monthly stock reports, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining strong relationships with our business partners.
• Finance & Accounting: You manage day-to-day accounts receivable and payable activities, from invoicing and payment monitoring to invoice processing and payment preparation. You also support cost controlling and financial reporting.
• HR & Team Support: Process payroll to include time tracking, benefits administration, prepare HR documentation, and contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and other HR activities.
