Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong Lean and CI experience.
• Proven coaching and development abilities.
• Improvement of productivity, quality, capacity, and costs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
• ERP experience; SAP is a plus.
