Job summary

CFS is seeking a proven Operations Manager to drive manufacturing excellence at our Sauk City facility. You will lead production, quality, safety, and performance, guiding supervisors and frontline teams to sustain on-time delivery and cost controls.

You will spearhead continuous improvement, monitor metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to scale operations in a growing environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of operations or manufacturing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day manufacturing and production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop production supervisors and operational personnel.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, and process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and customer service teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee production scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures that support growth and scalability.
  • Manage facility performance, equipment utilization, and maintenance activities.
  • Support strategic planning and operational initiatives to improve overall business performance.
