Job summary

Novo Health Services is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production of medical instruments, linens, and disposable packs. You will partner with the General Manager to execute the site’s strategy while maintaining accountability for targets, cost control, safety, service levels, and team performance.

Success is measured by KPI performance, labor optimization, COGS management, quality metrics, safety results, and on‑time

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience.
• 3+ years in plant-level leadership supervising supervisors and frontline staff.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, including medical instruments, healthcare linens, and disposable accessory packs.
• Ensure production schedules are met in alignment with customer demand and service requirements.
• Drive operational consistency across shifts and departments.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including safety, quality, productivity, cost, and service.
• Lead labor optimization, budgeting, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
