Job summary

Novo Health Services seeks a hands-on First Shift Production Supervisor to lead frontline production operations and drive safety, quality, productivity, and people development in our Tennessee plant.

You will supervise 20–60 hourly associates, partner with maintenance and quality teams, and ensure schedules are met while maintaining a strong safety culture in a fast-paced healthcare linen processing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of production supervision or industrial/manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading hourly teams and developing staff.
• Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety protocols (OSHA compliant).
• Ability to maintain safety-first culture and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Coach and develop production associates; promote engagement and teamwork.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA standards on the floor.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Plant Leadership to address issues.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance management.
